Light Up Your Life - Choose The Right Lamp

Image
I just came from http://www.shopwiki.com/wiki/Lamps and i found lot of functional lamps with nice design there, I can say that because i have 4 years working as interior designer and 3 years at college studying architecture before i choose Information Technology as my profession. I pay more attention at Light Boxes   this stuff not just a lighting property. Light Boxes are designed to treat sleep disorders, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), jet lag, and those who don't get natural sunlight, such as people employed at night. If you have little tiny space to put lamps in your kitchen or book cabinet , Under Cabinet Lighting are good choice. Easy to install and didn't need lot of space.

THE HEAD MAN

Tony Buzan , the inventor of Mind Map s, tells Martin Ashcro ft how he is helping industrialist manage change by unlocking the creative power of the brain Mankind maps its history through progression of ages; the Stone Age, the Bronze Age, the Iron Age, and more recently, the Industrial Age and the Information Age. When something new happens, we draw a line and start a new age. In this kind of context, it’s easy to think that one age has to end before another begins. But Tony Buzan takes issue with linear thinking, in more ways than one. It’s the wrong tool for the demands of our constantly changing modern world, he believes. The arrival of the Information Age, he asserts, is but a new aspect of the existing Industrial Age. We need a new model to cope with the challenges that face us today. "Industry has been thought of in recent times as sheer production manufacturing and not so creative as the computer side/service side," he began. "If you look at the history of...

Make Love With Your Activity

This is the text of the Commencement address by Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple Computer and of Pixar Animation Studios, delivered on June 12, 2005. I am honored to be with you today at your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. I never graduated from college. Truth be told, this is the closest I've ever gotten to a college graduation. Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That's it. No big deal. Just three stories. The first story is about connecting the dots. I dropped out of Reed College after the first 6 months, but then stayed around as a drop-in for another 18 months or so before I really quit. So why did I drop out? It started before I was born. My biological mother was a young, unwed college graduate student, and she decided to put me up for adoption. She felt very strongly that I should be adopted by college graduates, so everything was all set for me to be adopted at birth by a lawyer and his wife. Except that when I popped out...

The Ultimate Rejection Letter

Herbert A. Millington Chair - Search Committee 412A Clarkson Hall, Whitson University College Hill, MA 34109 Dear Professor Millington, Thank you for your letter of March 16. After careful consideration, I regret to inform you that I am unable to accept your refusal to offer me an assistant professor position in your department. This year I have been particularly fortunate in receiving an unusually large number of rejection letters. With such a varied and promising field of candidates, it is impossible for me to accept all refusals. Despite Whitson's outstanding qualifications and previous experience in rejecting applicants, I find that your rejection does not meet my needs at this time. Therefore, I will assume the position of assistant professor in your department this August. I look forward to seeing you then. Best of luck in rejecting future applicants. Sincerely, Chris L. Jensen
